Refund policy

Each rod cover is made to order using the measurements provided by the customer. Because these are custom-made products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for rod covers if incorrect measurements were provided by the customer.

We also do not accept returns on personalized products unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Warranty Coverage

All Pole Guards products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 7 days from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover tears, rips, snags, or other damage to the fabric unless the product arrived in that condition. If your product was received with a defect or damage, our 7-day guarantee will apply.

Warranty Replacement Requirements

To process a warranty replacement request, you will be asked to provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Product model number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and the issue

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error by Pole Guards.

Shipping charges may be refunded depending on the reason for the return and at Pole Guards’ sole discretion. Shipping charges may not be refunded if:

  • The return was not due to an error by Pole Guards
  • The return was declined by our Returns Department

Return Timeline

Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Step 2: Ship the item back within 10 days of delivery.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method.

Credit card refunds will be submitted to the card-issuing bank within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned package. Please contact your card-issuing bank directly with questions about when the credit will appear on your account.

PayPal refunds will be processed through PayPal within 3–5 business days and sent to the PayPal account originally used to place the order.
